Become a Friend of the Craft Council
Friends recognize the importance of preserving the traditional crafts of our province, and understand the value of providing a dynamic venue for showcasing innovative craft design and techniques. Please consider joining our group of Friends. Membership is only $25 (incl HST) annually.
Benefits of being a Friend of the Craft Council
Friends of the Craft Council will have opportunities to meet professional craftspeople in Newfoundland and Labrador and to learn more about the traditional and contemporary crafts of our province.
Members Only studio tours and workshops are included in plans for the year. Informal gatherings and artist talks may also be arranged.
Friends will receive news from the Craft Council and invitations to openings in the Gallery and special events in the Shop.
Mandate
- To raise public awareness of the Craft Council
- To establish a social and friendship network, the aim of which is to foster an appreciation and awareness of Newfoundland and Labrador craft its makers.
- To provide support for the staff of the Craft Council.
