Wild, pure aesthetic wonder, Fibre Arts Exhibition 2015
The Craft Council was thrilled with the calibre of work submitted to the jury for Wild, pure aesthetic wonder. The work of twenty-two fibre artists will be featured in this exhibition, which will be shown at the Craft Council Gallery in St. John's opening on March 21, and then at the Discovery Centre Gallery in Gros Morne National Park throughout the summer of 2015.
Curators Philippa Jones and Gloria Hickey chose dynamic and innovative proposals for fibre art pieces inspired by the wild within the natural wonders of Gros Morne.
These occasional newsletters will be mailed to those with a fibre interest, those interested in participating and those interested in helping. If you would like to be on the mailing list to receive these emailed bulletins, please let us know.
