The Craft Council's Resource Centre, located on the third floor of the Devon House Craft Centre, contains books and periodicals covering a wide range of craft, design and business topics. The Resource Centre also contains catalogues and price lists from suppliers of craft materials and equipment, slides and photographs of craft works and their makers, and newsletters from other craft and art organizations.

Most materials may be borrowed by members. If you are unable to visit the Resource Centre in person, you may make use of the Books by Mail program. This is a membership service, and all postage is pre-paid by the Craft Council.

Published bi-monthly, the Craft Council's Newsletter keeps members aware of upcoming opportunities, the achievements of their colleagues and the activities of the Craft Council. Two Craft Council publications, The Craft Training Information Kit, and The Craft Business Workbook, were developed to support groups sponsoring craft training projects. Learning through Art: Enriching the Gallery Experience is a Gallery publication aimed at the public school level. In addition, catalogues accompany many Gallery exhibitions.

The Craft Council of Newfoundland and Labrador works with corporations, associations and government departments to source high-quality handmade gifts and presentation pieces. Whether the requirement is a signature piece for corporate acquisition, a retirement gift for a valued employee, or a range of unique mementos for conference speakers and delegates, the Craft Council is equipped to assist.
